The prices are for one two room apartment with 2 people. The Three room apartment provides for an increase of 30%.

Third and fourth bed: supplement of 10% of the daily or weekly price.

For booking is required a deposit equal to 30% of the total price.

In case of advance waiver, in agreement with the direction and the same having had the opportunity to re-let the apartment, the customer who had booked with a deposit will have the possibility to recover it by booking in another period of the same duration and number of people in the same calendar year.

In case of late arrival or early departure, no deduction will be applied.

Apartments are assigned based on availability and reservation management needs.

The delivery of the apartments and parking spaces is guaranteed from 15.00 to 19.00 on the day of arrival and must be left by 10.00 on the day of departure. In case of arrivals outside the scheduled times, we are unable to guarantee a parking space inside the structure. For waiting times, guests are asked to park nearby.

Deposit € 100,00 per apartment to be paid in cash on arrival which will be returned on departure, unless damages.
